Guild Trustee Services Chair Linda Jenkinson today announced the appointment of Ms Keri Pratt as a non-executive director to the Board of Guild Trustee Services, effective 28 April

Welcoming Ms Pratt to the Board, Ms Jenkinson noted the extensive superannuation, investment management, strategy and business consulting experience she will bring to the organisation.

“Keri has had a distinguished career of more than 30 years in superannuation and the broader wealth management industry. She has been a trusted advisor on relationship management, investment strategies, and product and marketing development to many organisations. Her board and committee experience includes current and past roles with industry/ membership associations Women in Super, CIMA Society of Australia, and Finsia. She is also deputy Chair of a NSW-based disability organisation. 

She brings a depth of knowledge to the Board at a time when we are paving the way for a strong, sustainable future for Guild Trustee Services and its members,” added Ms Jenkinson.

In taking up this position as a director, Ms Pratt said “It is an honour to join the Board of Guild Trustee Services as they are on the brink of redefining the way we deliver superannuation services. The road paved so far with their award-winning product SUPERSUPER has been impressive, and I look forward to building on this success with my Board colleagues and the team.”

Ms Pratt commenced her career with MLC Life Ltd and Lend Lease Investment Services. In 2001, she joined GMO Australia Ltd, becoming a partner in 2004. She later headed the Institutional business at Franklin Templeton Investments. Keri now works in an investment governance role in the public sector, as Head of Strategic Partnerships at NSW State Super.
